God Gave Me A Sign
I was having a hard time while on the mission trip. I knew God wanted me in Thailand as He confirmed it in my support raising, prayer warriors and conversations. For this day, however, I felt like nothing was happening and that no ministry opportunities were coming. Our team went to Asiatique to see Mauy Thai. We had seven people and therefore took two taxis. The taxi I was in left before the second one and we were running late. By the time our taxi got there the show had already started and we didn’t see the other members of our team. We assumed that the other taxi hadn’t arrived yet so we waited outside the theater. The theater is located outside an outdoor shopping center. We waited for over 30 minutes and we were getting worried, by this time we figured we were not going to see the show.
I went with two of my team members to get some food. As I was sitting there waiting, I was praying. I was asking God what was the point in this? After I got done praying I looked up and across the restaurant there was a sign hanging on the shop front reading “you should be here”. I knew that was for me and God was speaking to me. So even though you may not understand or feel the ministry, God has you right where you should be.
